2023: Reno Omokri Speaks On Goodluck Jonathan’s Presidential Ambition As APC Form Submission Closes
Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri on Saturday spoke on the alleged presidential ambition of his former boss, Goodluck Jonathan.
The human rights activist in his statement called on the media who claimed that the former president had bought the presidential form of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and had the intention to run, to apologise.
This is coming after the submission of the presidential forms of the ruling party closed on Saturday without the former president submitting the presidential forms gotten for him by a Northern group.
According to Omokri, he repeatedly stated that it was all lies that his former boss had the intention to run on the platform of the APC.
He further stated that despite his statements, the media refused to believe him, adding that the deadline ended last night.
Omokri affirmed that the former President still has his dignity intact.
The former presidential aide in a post on his Twitter account wrote, “can every media which lied that former President Jonathan bought a form and intended to run on the platform of the APC now apologise? I REPEATEDLY said it was all lies. They refused to believe. The deadline ended last night. Jonathan still has his dignity INTACT!”
