Man Utd ‘in detailed transfer talks’ for strikers Hojlund and Kolo Muani as Ten Hag has ‘multiple video calls with star’
MANCHESTER UNITED have ‘held talks’ over signing forwards Rasmus Hojland and Randal Kolo Muani if they can’t prise Harry Kane away from Spurs.
The Tottenham striker has one year remaining on his contract but Spurs owner Daniel Levy is believed to be holding out for at least £100million for the England captain.

SunSport understand that Kane, 29, favours a move to Manchester United over other clubs and will run down his contract if he can’t move this summer.
But with United struggling for goals outside of Marcus Rashford this season, they have made signing a striker a priority this window.
The Manchester Evening News report that boss Erik Ten Hag has held ‘multiple calls’ with Hojlund, 20, who shares the same transfer agency as the Dutch manager.
Hojlund has enjoyed an impressive debut season for Serie A side Atalanta, scoring nine goals and assisting four times in 33 appearances for the Bergamo side.
He was also called up to the Danish national team where he scored five goals in two games during Euro 2024 qualifying in March, including a hat-trick in a 3-1 win against rivals Finland.
The Athletic report that United bosses have also held talks over signing Frankfurt’s Kolo Muani, 24, but his £68.7m price tag makes Hojlund the likelier of the two to sign for the Red Devils.
Kolo Muani was one of the breakout stars of the Qatar World Cup and netted the third-fastest goal ever scored by a substitute at the tournament when he netted against Morocco in the semi-final.

The Frenchman also had a massive impact when he again appeared as a substitute in the final, forcing a memorable save from Argentina keeper Emiliano Martinez when he looked certain to score the winner.
Kolo Muani has recorded 15 goals and 14 assists in 32 Bundesliga appearances for Frankfurt this season.
