‘Yes, We Had Domestic Violence’ – Skit Maker Isbae U Opens On Beating His Girlfriend ‘Mummy Wa’
Nigerian skit maker Adebayo Ridwan popularly known as Isbae U has opened up on alleged domestic violence against his girlfriend Kemi Ikuseedun better known as Mummy Wa.
This comes after an anonymous Instagram blogger, called him out for cheating on his girlfriend, beating her mercilessly, and using gifts and vacations to compensate and apologize to her.
Responding to the allegations, Isbae U in a post shared on his Instagram story admitted they experienced domestic violence in their relationship but it was only shouting, insults, and dragging each other’s phone.
Isbae U said there’s nothing he has said to his girlfriend, Mummy Wa that she hasn’t said worst to him and whenever they had a misunderstanding she always pack out of their house.
According to the popular skit maker, Mummy Wa had always suspected him of having a side chick, especially whenever he tells her to go and stay with her parents during any misunderstanding.
Isbae U added that he had always been the one apologizing for every wrong in their relationship and decided not to do such again because he wanted her to apologize for once.
He wrote: “Now about the domestic violence, Yes yes yes we had that in our relationship but it was only shouting, insults and dragging of our phones, there’s nothing I have said to that she’s not said worst… and I am not saying that makes it rig but… when we have a misunderstanding, she packs loads and leaves little things”.
“If I tell her that babe I think you should go home for a while and check your family, she would say, I’m sure someone is coming to see you that’s why you want me to leave and because I don’t want her to doubt me, I always apologise and let her stay. I have never for once beat her never did I hit her”.
“All that’s making her angry is because this time I chose not to beg her to come back home and that was because I just wanted her to be the one to apologise for once”.
