2023: APC Inaugurates Screening Committees Today
The All Progressives Congress (APC) will inaugurate its screening committees for the House of Representatives, Senate and Governorship Aspirants of the ruling party which will be screened today by 12 pm.
The development was disclosed in a statement released by the National Organizing Secretary of the party, Sulaiman Argungu.
According to Argungu, the inauguration of the screening committee would take place at Fraser Suites, Abuja.
He further stated that the screening of governorship, house of representatives and Senate aspirants would commence thereafter.
Argungu said the screening for the House of Representatives aspirants would take place on Saturday 14th May 2022 at Zeus Paradise Hotel, Abuja by 2 pm.
He noted that the screening for Senate and Governorship aspirants would take place on 15th May 2022 at Fraser Suites, Abuja on Sunday, by 10 am.
In a related development, twenty-five presidential aspirants have successfully submitted their APC expression of interest and nomination forms and are set to face the screening panel of the ruling party.
Naija News reports that the screening which will last for two days will involve 25 of the 29 that purchased the forms.
The APC had fixed Friday May 13th, 2022 as its deadline for the submission of all forms.
