Court Takes Decision On Suit Seeking To Sack Ekiti Governor-elect, Biodun Oyebanji

Naija News reports the case was brought to court by another APC chieftain, Kayode Ojo, challenging Oyebanji’s emergence in the party’s governorship primary election.
Ojo in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/C5/15/2022 which was filed in the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court but later transferred to the Ado-Ekiti division, prayed the court to declare him the valid candidate of the APC from the January 27, 2020 APC governorship primary for Ekiti State.

Abaribe wondered why such persons have not described the presidential ambition of the All Progressives Congress flagbearer, Bola Tinubu as a Yoruba ticket.
He also questioned them for not referring to the ambition of the Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar as the Fulani ticket.

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abubakar Kawu Baraje has denied reports quoting him as saying that the All Progressives Congress (APC) brought in Fulani militias from neighbouring countries to disrupt the 2015 general elections.

Speaking during an appearance on Wednesday on Arise TV, Baraje said that the reports are fake and baseless, saying that the reports were meant to ridicule him.
The PDP chieftain asserted that his political enemies conjured a smear campaign against him. He added that the reports were referring to a press conference he granted in 2019.
