Davido Buys Another Car Worth $300,000 After O2 Arena Concert
Nigerian musician, David Adeleke, better known as Davido has added to his car collections.
The award-winning artist had just splashed fortunes to hold his music concert at the 02 Arena last weekend, Naija News reports.
While talks about the show are yet to slide low on social media platforms, Davido took to his Instastory to announce the purchase of a new car.
Davido’s new ride, which was supposedly MAYBACH GLS 600 is said to be worth $300,000 (N171,000,000).
Sharing a video clip of the new truck, Davido captioned “Who Vex Me”.
Meanwhile, the singer is still expecting his brand new Lamborghini to arrive in Nigeria from Dubai.
Davido had earlier declared his 2022 goals via his verified Twitter handle saying: “I’m buying five more cars, a private jet and three new houses in 2022.”
Meanwhile, a netizen identified as Marvin Abbey had said on Twitter that Davido may be fined £340,000 (N190m) after surpassing the 11 pm 02 Arena curfew.
According to the Twitter user, for every minute you go past 11pm at the arena, you have to pay £10,000.
He wrote: “Davido was suppose to finish his concert at the O2 @ 11pm. The O2 have a strict 11pm curfew. For every minute you go past 11pm you have to pay £10,000. Davido said he don’t care. He finished the concert at 23:34. That’s £340,000 fine. Mental!”
“For all the people saying I’m lying about the Davido tweet. The O2 curfew is nothing new. Read up on it, I don’t have time to argue. The Rolling Stones & Justin Bieber have also been fined in the past. It’s actually Greenwich council that issue the fine.”
