Eto’o Declared Biological Father Of 22-Year-Old Spanish Lady

Former Barcelona striker, Samuel Eto’o has been declared by a Madrid court as the biological father of a Spanish lady identified as Erika Do Rosario Nieves.

The striker was not present in court as evidence were presented against him in court.

The decision of Eto’o to be absentee has been forwarded to Fernando Osuna, who was in charge of the legal representation of Nieves’ lawsuit in 2018.

According to the lawsuit, the mother of the 22-year-old lady and Eto’o met in a Madrid nightclub in 1997, when the player was on loan at Leganes.

Nieves’ mother noted that during her pregnancy she made attempt to reach out to Eto’o but he did not answer her phone calls or emails.

She provided biological evidence that supported her testimony, which made the judge admit the claim.

The former Chelsea striker is now expected to pay Nieves 1,400 euros per month, including retroactive payments since the lawsuit was filed.
