He again, announced the setting aside of 3 billion naira for the empowerment of youths and women with effect from January 2020.

” As a government, we have set aside the sum of 3 billion naira starting from January to encourage our youths and women to do things with their hands and three thousand youths will benefit from this ie. about two hundred plus per council area.
” It is about a million per person and we are going to be convinced about the seriousness of anybody that it will be given to.
“The website is www.ebonyistate.gov.ng and it is domiciled in the office of the Special Assistant to the Governor on SME. You are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity and apply. The selection template will be the same for everybody.
“If there is no alternative to politics and appointment, this country cannot wake up.
“Before people vote for you to bring roads, water, light and ease of doing business but now they vote for you because they want you to appoint them. How can you appoint everyone that voted you?”
“But I believe that amid these difficulties, according to the Bible, we will overcome.”
