LEGENDARY former Millwall manager John Docherty has died at the age of 84.
Tributes have poured in for the history-making Scot.
John Docherty has passed away at the age of 84[/caption]
He is famously the only manager to guide the Lions into the top flight of English football, winning promotion in 1988.
Docherty would eventually leave the club in 1990 before briefly returning as caretaker manager in the 1996/97 season.
