Man Utd flop’s time at club ‘becoming a nightmare’ after getting ‘lost in Manchester fog’

During his late cameo, Amrabat gave the ball away on the edge of his own box for City’s third goal in the win.
His performance has since been slammed by Italian outlet Corriere Fiorentino.
It comes as it appears more likely Amrabat will return to Fiorentina in the summer, with his loan move not set to be made permanent.
Having hailed his move to United as a “dream come true”, it is now “becoming a nightmare” according to Corriere Fiorentino.
They claim Amrabat “managed to be the worst on the pitch” after replacing Kobbie Mainoo at the Etihad Stadium.
His performance is described as the “fateful straw that broke the camel’s back” for United fans.
Supporters are said to be against the idea of him joining the Red Devils permanently.
Amrabat signed on loan in September as part of an £8.5million deal, with United having the option to buy him for £17.2million at the end of the season.

The damning assessment of his derby display ends by claiming his lack of confidence has left him “lost in the Manchester fog”.
Meanwhile, Fiorentina reportedly fear his transfer value has plummeted during his time in England.
Amrabat has just one year left on his contract with the Serie A side.
Since signing for United, the 27-year-old has made 21 appearances under Erik ten Hag, but has yet to score or assist from midfield.
His last league start came in the 0-0 draw with Liverpool on December 17, with Amrabat losing his place in the side after featuring for Morocco at the Africa Cup of Nations.
