Photo News: Accreditation Begins As APC Decides On Presidential Candidate
The Presidential Primary of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, has commenced fully at the Eagles Square, in Abuja.
The process was said to have begun after a series of controversies between delegates, Adhocs staff, journalists and party stakeholders.
It was reported earlier that some local and foreign journalists, who had indicated an interest in covering the party’s Presidential Primary were barricaded and left stranded at the entrance of the Eagle Square.
As at 10:30 AM, reports are that most journalists who travelled into Abuja for the exercise have not been accredited and issued tags.
However, after addressing the challenges, some reportedly gained access and the APC special convention kick-started fully though, with heavy traffic, Naija News understands.
APC is expected to produce a candidate for the 2023 general election at the end of its presidential primary and convention today.

Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello are currently in a closed-door meeting in Aso Rock.
Though the agenda of the meeting is not yet made public, the meeting, Naija News understands is coming hours after Governor Bello withdrew himself from a meeting involving All Progressives Congress Northern governors.
